• Expect delays on all Staten Island bus routes due to inclement weather.Allow additional travel time.
• S40 and S90 buses are detoured in both directions due to flooding at Richmond Terr/South Ave.
  

  While detoured eastbound buses will not make stops from South Ave/Arlington Pl to Richmond Terr/Morningstar Rd.

  Stops will be made as requested along Brabant St and VanPelt Ave.

  Westbound buses will not make stops from Richmond Terr/Union Ave to South Ave/Arlington Pl.

  Stops will be made as requested along Brabant St and Morningstar Rd.
