• S78 buses are detoured in both directions due to flooding on Arthur Kill Rd between Richmond Valley Rd and Ellis St.
  

  While detoured, northbound buses will not make stops from Arthur Kill Rd/Allenton Ln to Arthur Kill Rd/Arthur Kill Station.

  Southbound buses will not make stops from Arthur Kill Rd/Arthur Kill Station to Arthur Kill Rd/South Bridge St.

  Buses will make stops as requested along Amboy Rd and Page Ave.
